Tutor Planner for Android helps independent tutors manage students, lesson packages, records, schedules, billing-related records, learning results, reports, classroom tools, and exports. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter, obtaining necessary authority for student data, and reviewing lesson counts, package balances, schedules, amounts, bills, and exports before relying on them. Do not use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
Subscriptions and payment
Where available, Tutor Planner Pro is an optional auto-renewing Google Play subscription. The free plan supports up to three active students. Pro provides unlimited active students and eligible reports and export features. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and any offers before you confirm. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and billing are subject to Google Play rules and applicable consumer rights. Builds with subscriptions disabled do not offer purchases; unavailable paid features are not promised by those builds.
Complimentary access
Tutor Planner may provide access codes for complimentary Pro access, including app review. Codes require an internet connection and server verification. Complimentary access does not create or cancel a store subscription, charge a payment, or renew into a paid plan. Such grants may expire or be revoked; any separate Google Play subscription remains subject to its own terms.
Local data and third-party services
Tutoring records are stored locally. Optional Google Drive synchronization connects Android devices using the same authorized Google account; it uses your Google storage and does not connect to iCloud or the iOS CloudKit database. Network access, Google account access and sufficient storage are required. Background synchronization can be delayed by Android. Review conflicts before choosing a version, and maintain your own backups. Disconnecting or uninstalling the app does not delete existing cloud history; cloud deletion and retention controls are described in the privacy policy. Google Drive, optional calendar mirroring, system file providers and sharing destinations operate under their own terms. Google Play and RevenueCat support enabled subscriptions. TelemetryDeck is used only in analytics-enabled builds after your consent, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and limitations
The app is a productivity and record-management tool, not professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or educational advice. It is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The app’s code, interface, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to your own content. Do not reproduce or distribute the app except with permission or as allowed by law.
Changes and contact
